Do I have to pay for Free Shipping Day offers and deals?
No. The coupons and promo codes featured on FreeShippingDay.com are available to you free of charge. Free Shipping Day is often confused with another free shipping-focused website that charges a membership fee for access to deals. WE ARE NOT THEM. The deals featured on the Free Shipping Day website and during the annual shopping event are available at absolutely no charge to users.
Do you only offer free shipping codes?
No. The coupon codes featured on our site provide discounts, free gifts, buy-one-get-one offers and more, in addition to free shipping codes.
Do you collect information on users?
A promo code from your site didn't work for me.
Sorry about that! Send us an email through the contact form and we'll review the code and remove it from the site if necessary.
I have a question about my order.
Since Free Shipping Day doesn't process retail orders or deliver items, you must contact the retailer with whom you placed the order, or the shipping company responsible for delivering it to you.

When can I see offers from the stores listed on your event page?
Offers will go live at 12:01 a.m. ET on the event date. Once you see the offers, click on the store logo to start shopping the site with the savings, or copy the coupon code and paste into the promo code field at checkout.
I don't see my favorite store. Will they participate?
We add stores weekly as they sign up to participate in the event, so it's possible your favorite store will be added to the site. Sometimes, stores don't want their names featured on the site until the event goes live. The best way to determine if you preferred stores are participating in Free Shipping Day is to reach out to them via Twitter and Facebook.
Does every store listed on the site offer free shipping on all orders?
The merchants listed in the first two tabs of the site (including the homepage) are offering free shipping on all orders, with delivery by Christmas Eve. The remaining tabs feature top offers from retailers with minimum order requirements, as well as the best deals on the hottest products for the holiday season.
The site is live and the code displayed is not working.

Who do I contact about an order I placed during Free Shipping Day?
Since Free Shipping Day doesn't sell anything or process orders, you'll need to contact the merchant with whom you placed the order. Questions specific to delivery should also be directed to the merchant or to the delivery service.
I want to participate in this year's Free Shipping Day. How do I add my store?
Submit your information via our merchant sign-up form and we'll let you know if your store and offer have been accepted.
How do I upload my store logo?
You don't need to upload your logo. Once your store and offer are approved, we'll take an image from your website and resize it to fit on the site.
I want to change my store logo to something else.
If you want to update your logo, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the image attached and we'll update the image.
I'd like to promote my participation in Free Shipping Day. How can I do this?
We encourage you to promote your participation with your audience as much as possible to drive traffic and sales to your site during the event. You can share your participation via social media using the hashtag #FreeShippingDay. Also, we encourage outreach to your users via subscriber newsletters, and we can provide you with a vanity URL which will display your store first on the page during the day of the event.
I'd like to see my store in more categories on the site.
We select categories for each store but are happy to consider your request to be added to more. Send us an email to email@example.com with your store name and requested categories, and we'll review it.
Can you add a category for my products?
We carefully select appropriate categories for the site so users can find what they want quickly and easily. We don't create new categories unless there is sufficient demand from several stores.
I participated in Free Shipping Day last year. Do I need to re-submit my information for this year's event?
Yes. You must sign up again to participate in Free Shipping Day. Submit your information through our merchant sign-up form, and we'll take care of the rest!
I'd like to provide more information about my store and offerings than the form will allow. How can I change this?
We have a limited amount of space for store names and offer details, and we can't offer additional space at this time. If you'd like to feature more information about your participation in Free Shipping Day, you can include this on your homepage.
Can I specify a specific end time for my offer on Free Shipping Day?
Yes. If you have limited quantity of your products available or need to end the promotion at a certain time, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details (the sooner the better!).
