How can I get my store listed on FreeShippingDay.com?
For your store to be eligible to participate in the Free Shipping Day® event, you must offer free shipping on all orders. Offers that include a discount like 10% off in addition to free shipping get the best response. To sign up fill out our merchant sign-up form and we'll send you an email confirming your participation.
How do I submit my store logo?
You don't need to do anything to submit your store logo. We'll take an image directly from your site and resize it to fit with the Free Shipping Day® site.
How do I change my logo to something different?
If you want to change your logo from the image we currently have displayed, please send us an email with the new image attached.
How do I get my store in more categories on FreeShippingDay.com?
If you feel as though your store is missing from key categories that match what you sell, let us know which categories you'd like to be included in. However, this doesn't guarantee you'll be added to your requested categories.
Will you add a new category for the products my store sells?
We're very careful with placing stores in the appropriate category. We won't add additional categories unless there's sufficient demand from a number of stores that are a good fit.
I participated in the Free Shipping Day® event last year. Do I need to sign up again?
Yes. Even if you participated in the Free Shipping Day® event last year, you'll need to sign up again this year.
There isn't enough room to add my entire store name or the details of my offer. How can I fix this?
We only have a limited amount of space for store names and offer details. While we can't provide additional space beyond what's available in the sign-up form, you can list any other important offer information on your homepage.
Can I set my offer to end at a specific time on Free Shipping Day?
Yes. If you need your offer to end at a specific time or only have a limited quantity of product available, contact us at email@example.com with the details. The sooner you are able to notify us, the better.

I don't see the store I want to shop. Will they participate this year?
We add new stores to FreeShippingDay.com every day, but some merchants have asked that their logo not appear until December 16. If you're curious whether or not your favorite store will be participating, the best way to find out is to get in touch with a representitive from that specific store via Facebook or Twitter.
When are the Free Shipping Day® offers revealed?
All Free Shipping Day® offers will be revealed at 12:01 a.m. EST on December 16, 2016.
Does every merchant offer free shipping on all orders?
Yes! To participate in the Free Shipping Day® event, merchants are supposed to offer free shipping on all orders with delivery by Christmas Eve.
Who do I contact if I have a question about an order I placed during the Free Shipping Day® event?
If you experience any issues or have additional questions about your order, you'll need to contact the store you ordered from. At FreeShippingDay.com, we provide the offers. Any specific delivery questions must be directed to the merchant or delivery service.
